Around 4pm on Friday 17 November 2006, Clayton Utz (solicitors for Gunns) served two documents, which included three proposed statements of claim. The documents also request that there be three separate trials. Late on the 13th December they confirmed that Gunns will not be proceeding with actions against Bob Brown, Peg Put, Helen Gee, Peter Pullinger or Doctors for Native Forests. Claims remain against the Wilderness Society and the other defendants.
