On Friday November 30, Senator Bob Brown attended the Free Speech Victoria Awards night to receive the "The Voltaire Award" on behalf of the Gunns 20. The award presented at a packed dinner held at the Melbourne Hilton is named after Voltaire the French enlightenment writer who said “I do not agree with what you have to say, but I'll defend to the death your right to say it.”
