The Supreme Court of Victoria has ordered Gunns to pay $91000.00 in legal costs to Senator Bob Brown, Peg Putt and Helen Gee. This follows these three defendants being dropped from the case in April 2007.

This figure represents some but not all of the legal costs incurred by the defendants.
