This is the document written by Gunns' lawyers describing the allegations of fact and legal basis for their claim. It was provided to defendants in August 2005 after Judge Bongiorno struck out versions 1 and 2. In March 2006 this document was amended by order of the Judge to correct certain errors it contained.
