Court hearings on costs for the first two statements of claim are currently in progress and with this in mind our August appeal is up and running. Bob Brown (Defendant #10), Peg Putt (Defendant #11) and Helen Gee (Defendant #12) have had some costs awarded, but as Bob said "The award helps pay early legal bills but does nothing to lift the stress and fear on other defendants of the Gunns case".
