Are you interested in helping us raise funds for the defendant’s? Many of the events on our website have been organised by supporters. Events are a great way to spread the word around Australia as well as raising much needed funds to continue the case. A fundraising event can be any size that you are comfortable with. From a simple weekend brunch or dinner at home with a group of friends, to hiring a venue for a film, music or games night in your local area.

We can help by providing award winning footage: a short film by Heidi, defendant #5, about the case and defendants called 'Imagine being sued for caring', and a feature length movie by Brian, defendant #16, about the struggle of residents of Lucaston, Tasmania, to save their local forests from logging. 'Battle of Bakers Creek' is an award winning movie that every Australian should see.

We can also supply flyers and posters and hints about how to advertise, put you in touch with supporters in your area who can help, send you our brochure to have on the night and keep you up to date as you organise your very own event!
